HJ Pharma Ltd (trading as CBD Oil Store) receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment be charged to your account when the item is ordered
All amounts are in GBP is inclusive of VAT.
HJ Pharma Ltd uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information.
HJ Pharma Ltd delivers on all weekdays, with orders made before 13:00 the day before.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Whilst a tracking code is attached to the delivery it will not allow you to follow progress of the delivery it merely allows you and us to see where and when the the item was delivered.
All items on our store are covered by distance selling regulations and a 2 year warranty.

If a refund has been agreed, we will reimburse for the agreed amount onto the payment method you originally used for the transaction. Please note this process can take 3-4 working days for the banks to apply the refund.
14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our store.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Products are not eligible for return if they have been tampered with or opened in any way and if we receive any returns in this manner we will post them back you without refund.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days return the shipment to us.
The notification must be given per mail at email@example.com. In the email you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The item's condition when you return it
We will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the manner in which it operates. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must handle the item, but do not use it in actual use.
